A common Problem on 89-01 Mercedes Benz W129 & W140 models is a broken mirror front cover that causes the mirror to fall apart. The dealer only has the complete assembly.

There are 2 different repair kits for First and Second generation that fit multiple applications.

In additional feature of D136 comes with a Precut-out design, simply cut out the small tab at the bottom that allows to fits to With Automatic Dimming or Manual Dimming mirrors.
